Holiday Inn Select

In.Vision Architecture was retained to provide architectural and engineering services for exterior and some interior renovations to a nine-story, Hilton Inn Select-branded hotel on Colorado Boulevard in Denver. This included a new coffee shop off the lobby, and renovations to the bar and swimming pool area. We specified new interior lighting, and also coordinated interior design services for renovations and upgrades to the guest rooms.

The existing exterior of the building was brick masonry, the entirety of which was painted the same gray-white color. In.Vision designed stucco accents for the exterior façade, as well as new exterior lighting. The brick masonry was painted in a warm off-white shade, to serve as background for the new stucco panels.
